My Story:

Hi, I’m Sky — a young draft mare with a proud stance, a gentle heart, and a whole lot of promise ahead of me. I’m almost three years old, and while I’m still growing into myself, I already carry myself tall and confident, like I know I’m meant for something special.

I came to CJ’s Stable from an auction with my best friend Mae, and the two of us have been side by side ever since. Change can be a little overwhelming, so I may seem shy at first — but once I feel safe and comfortable, my true personality shines through. I’m sweet, affectionate, and I love quiet moments with the people I trust.

This spring, I’m expecting a baby, which makes this season of my life extra special. Until then, I’m proudly doing my job this winter — helping pull sleighs and carrying families through the snowy trails. I take my work seriously and love being part of creating magical winter memories.

I got my name, Sky, because of the unique marking on my face — broken and beautiful, just like the sky itself. It fits me perfectly: bold yet calm, strong yet gentle. I’m still young, still learning, and still growing, but I’m so happy to be part of the CJ’s Stable family and excited for everything that’s ahead. 🤍❄️🐴
