CJ's Stable Waiver

On the waiver YOU the signer is the "Contracting Party" If you have as spouse joining they are the "other contracting party"

Each participant or guest at CJ's Stable 18yrs & older must sign a liability waiver

Waiver Policy

All riders must have a signed waiver on file before participating.

• If a minor is participating and a parent or legal guardian will not be attending, A parent/legal guardian must complete and sign the waiver online before the ride.

  • If both parents share legal custody, either parent may sign the waiver, unless custody terms require both signatures.

• A picture of your driver's License is required when signing online for verification purposes

• If you have a Spouse (or other parent/legal guardian needs to sign)  joining you, you can sign one waiver. You will need to text 231-839-2164 both of your email addresses OR add their name to the waiver and they can sign when they arrive
