CJ's Stable Waiver

Each participant 18yrs & older must sign a liability waiver

Waiver Policy

All riders must have a signed waiver on file before participating.

• If a minor is participating and a parent or legal guardian will not be attending, A parent/legal guardian must complete and sign the waiver online before the ride.

  • If both parents share legal custody, either parent may sign the waiver, unless custody terms require both signatures.

• A picture of your driver's License is required when signing online for verification purposes

• If you have a Spouse (or other parent/legal guardian needs to sign)  joining you, you can sign one waiver. You will need to text 231-839-2164 both of your email addresses
